It is now easier than ever to give Retrium feedback or request a feature. Retrium uses Pendo to collect and manage feature requests.
🗒️ You must log in to Retrium to access the feedback portal. Guest users are unable to provide feedback.
- Navigate to app.retrium.com and log in to your Retrium account.
- Look for the question mark icon in the bottom right corner of your screen.
- Click to open the resource renter and select Share Your Feedback.
- These questions help Retrium better understand your needs, so please provide as much information as possible.
- Click Submit request.
🗒️ You will receive a notification when your request has been reviewed by Retrium.
You can always edit or track the status of your feedback by returning to the Share Your Feedback section in the resource center and clicking the link to Open in Portal.
From the Dashboard, you can:
- Click to make a new suggestion.
- Review the details of Recently Released features.
- Use the toggle bar to prioritize the importance of features you have suggested or voted.
- Upvote or downvote other customer requests.
- Click into requests to view or add comments.
