Can I pause my subscription?

Need to take a short break from Retrium? You can pause your subscription if needed.

If you want to skip a month, deactivate the team rooms you do not want to use. This will preserve the retrospective history and members list but will prevent charges for that Team Room in the next billing cycle. Follow these steps to deactivate a Team Room:

1. Ensure you're inside the Team Room you'd like to deactivate
2. Click the Settings tab
3. Click Deactivate and confirm deactivation

Once you'd like to resume using Retrium again, you can reactivate the Team Room by clicking its name from the list of deactivated Team Rooms on the Team Rooms tab.
