There are two ways to invite people to your Team Room—via email or via link.

Team Rooms are core to the Retrium experience. A Team Room is where you will go to run retrospectives with other people, create and track your action plans, and view your retrospective history. 

Organizations are a system of connecting people and Team Rooms in your company under one billing account
