When you reset or update your password, it must have, at least 12 characters including 1 uppercase letter and 1 special character (i.e. $*#^&
).

Forgot your password?

Navigate to app.retrium.com

Enter your Retrium email address and click to continue

Click Forgot password?
- Click Recover Password

Check your email and follow the instructions outlined there to create a new password
Update your password
If your organization has SSO enabled or you last used Google Sign-On to sign in, you will not have the option to change your password.

Click your avatar icon in the top right corner

Scroll to the Security section of the page (or click Security on the left-hand side menu)

Click Request password reset

Follow the instructions in the email to finish updating your password
Troubleshooting
To make sure you receive our emails, please add team@retrium.com to your address book. Be sure to check the junk/spam folder if you have one to ensure the email wasn't mistakenly filtered there. You may also want to reach out to your internal IT team to whitelist us within your company.
