Browser requirements
If you see an error in Retrium related to your browser, try another browser or upgrade your current browser to ensure Retrium works properly.
Please ensure you are running one of the following browsers:

WebSockets
WebSockets should be enabled in your browser for Retrium. Without WebSockets, you may experience disconnections or other errors within the application. Some company networks might block Retrium's WebSockets or other traffic from app.retrium.com. This functionality is needed to use the application, so reach out to your IT team if you find WebSockets have been blocked.
Mobile device support
Retrium can be accessed through any device that supports using a modern internet browser, including tablets and phones. We recommend accessing Retrium from a computer, as it can be challenging to participate in retrospectives from a device with a small screen.

Password requirements
If your organization has SSO enabled or you sign into Retrium via Google Sign-On exclusively, please refer to your organization's login requirements instead.
Passwords for Retrium user accounts must have at least:
- 12 characters
- 1 uppercase letter
- 1 special character (i.e.
$*#^&
)
