Need to update your payment method, billing email, billing address, or tax information? Look no further!
If you need someone from a finance team to manage your billing information, you can add them to your account as an Org Admin. You can also add a billing email for receipts to be sent.
How to update payment card, billing email, billing address, or tax information:
- Navigate to the Administration tab in your Retrium account
- Scroll down to the Payment Information section
- Change the card info, billing contact email address, tax ID, or billing address as needed, and click Update to the right for the updated item(s) to save your changes
