How to use the Team Room Management Dashboard (Beta)

The Team Room Management Dashboard is in closed beta for select Enterprise Edition organizations, and available for a limited time to select Business Edition organizations.

Learn more about the Team Room Management Dashboard (Beta)

This is a beta version and is subject to updates. The interfaces depicted in this article might not match exactly with what you see on your dashboard.

How to search, sort, and filter Team Rooms

Find the Team Rooms you're looking for by using filters, search, and sorting together! You can:

  • Search by Team Room name and/or tags
  • Sort by column:
    • Team Room (alphabetical, ascending or descending)
    • Retros in history (number, ascending or descending)
    • Last retro (date, ascending or descending)
    • Last activity (date, ascending or descending)
  • Filter by recent activity (date, ascending or descending)

How to delete Team Rooms

If you need to change the date of a scheduled deletion, first follow the steps to cancel scheduled Team Room deletion, then schedule it again.

From the Team Room Management Dashboard (Beta), Org Admins can delete Team Rooms to free up licenses. Team Rooms can be deleted immediately or scheduled for deletion at a later date. Select an option below to learn more.

Schedule a Team Room for deletion

To schedule a Team Room for deletion, follow these steps:

  1. To the right of the Team Room you would like to delete, click the Actions icon ( ellipsis-vertical-solid.svg )
  2. From the dropdown, click Schedule for deletion...
  3. Choose the date you want the Team Room to be deleted
  4. Specify if the deletion can be canceled by someone running a retro in the Team Room
  5. (Optional) Write a message for Team Room Members about the reason for this deletion
  6. Review your preferences and click Schedule deletion
  7. Team Room Members will be emailed, a notice will be shown at the top of the Team Room Home tab, and the Team Room Management Dashboard will show the scheduled deletion date under the Team Room name
To cancel the deletion of a Team Room, follow these steps.

Delete a Team Room immediately

To delete a Team Room immediately, follow these steps:

  1. To the right of the Team Room you would like to delete, click the Actions icon ( ellipsis-vertical-solid.svg )
  2. From the dropdown, click Delete now...
  3. Review what will happen when the Team Room is deleted
  4. Click I'm Sure. Delete Team Room

Cancel scheduled Team Room deletion

To cancel scheduled deletion for a Team Room, follow these steps:

  1. To the right of the Team Room that you would like to cancel scheduled deletion for, click the Actions icon ( ellipsis-vertical-solid.svg )
  2. From the dropdown, click Cancel scheduled deletion...
  3. Click Cancel deletion
