How do I cancel my subscription or delete my data?

We're sorry to see you go! However, we understand that in some cases, you may need to cancel your Retrium subscription.

Team Edition

Org Admins

💡 If you're on Business or Enterprise Edition, please reach out to your Account Manager to discuss cancelation.

Cancel your subscription

  1. Log into Retrium and navigate to the Administration tab of your organization.
  2. Under Subscription, click the Cancel Subscription button and provide a reason for canceling your subscription when prompted.
  3. Once your subscription has been successfully canceled, you will receive a confirmation email, and the Administration tab will display the date your subscription will expire.
  4. You can resume or reactivate a subscription at any time. 


❗️If your Org Admin has left your organization and you need help canceling your subscription, please send an email to with the subject line "Help Needed: Cancel Subscription" or contact us here. Please include a reason for cancelation. 

Delete your account or organization

To delete your account and/or organization, contact us here. Please note that while anyone can request to delete their user account, only Org Admins can request to delete an organization.
