Cancel your subscription
- Log into Retrium and navigate to the Administration tab of your organization.
- Under Subscription, click the Cancel Subscription button and provide a reason for canceling your subscription when prompted.
- Once your subscription has been successfully canceled, you will receive a confirmation email, and the Administration tab will display the date your subscription will expire.
- You can resume or reactivate a subscription at any time.
❗️If your Org Admin has left your organization and you need help canceling your subscription, please send an email to email@example.com with the subject line "Help Needed: Cancel Subscription" or contact us here. Please include a reason for cancelation.
Delete your account or organization
To delete your account and/or organization, contact us here. Please note that while anyone can request to delete their user account, only Org Admins can request to delete an organization.
