Learn how to add and remove email addresses.
💡 Retrium does not support changing email addresses in your user profile. Instead, follow the steps below to ensure new email addresses have the same access.
Add the new email

Invite the new email to your organization
- If you are an Org Admin, update the role of the new email you invited

While still in the account, invite the new email to any Team Rooms that it should have access to

Follow the steps in the verification email to complete your new account setup

Log out of Retrium from your old email, and log back in using your new email
Remove the old email

If you are an Org Admin or Manager, navigate to the Members tab
- If you are not an Org Admin or Manager, ask one for assistance

Search for the old email

Click the More icon (•••) to the right of the old account, and click Remove user.
