How do I delete a Team Room?

If you no longer have the need for a specific Team Room, you can delete it.

💡 Team Edition: Once a Team Room has been deleted, it becomes available for another Team Room to be created during the same billing period without additional charges. Learn more.

💡 Business/Enterprise Editions: If a license is allocated to a Team Room, you can delete it to allocate the license to a new Team Room.

To delete a Team Room

  1. Navigate to the Team Room

    • If you don't see the Team Room you want to delete in your Team Room List, you may need to remove the Your Team Rooms filter by clicking the X to see all Team Rooms.
  2. Click the Team Room Settings tab in the top menu

  3. Scroll down to the Danger Zone section (or select it in the left menu) and click Delete, then follow the prompts to confirm

  4. An email notification of the Team Room's deletion will be sent to all current Team Room Members
