Learn how to change your preferences for email notifications from Retrium.
💡Action item reminder emails arrive at the beginning of each week so you can stay up-to-date on your outstanding action items.
Follow these steps to turn action item reminder emails on or off:
- Click your avatar in the top-right corner of Retrium (or click here to go directly to your user settings page)
- Click User settings from the dropdown
- Choose Email from the left-side menu or scroll down to the Email Preferences section
- To the right of Action item reminders, click the switch to turn reminders on or off
- You will start receiving emails the following Monday morning after enabling reminders
