Export retrospectives
💡To preserve psychological safety, everything remains anonymous when exported.
Sticky note retrospective activities that are stored in your Team Room History tab can be exported to a CSV or TXT file.
To export your Sticky Note retro
- Navigate to the History for the appropriate Team Room
- Click the file type (CSV or TXT) you'd like to export to, and your download will automatically start
Export action items
💡 Action items can be exported in full as a CSV or individually sent to Jira. You can export action items from the Discuss or Wrap Up phases of a retro or from the Team Room Home.

From the Action Plan (either within a retro or from the Team Room Home), click the action menu icon (

Your CSV is automatically downloaded
Send individual action items to Jira
⚠️ To successfully send an action item to Jira, it must have a title. Only the action item title is sent to Jira; all other fields are cleared.
- From the Action Plan (either within a retro or from the Team Room Home), click the action menu icon at the top right of an action item (
- If you haven't connected Jira with Retrium yet, you will be prompted to do so at this point
- Click Send to Jira
- Choose the Jira Project and Issue type and follow the prompts to send your action item to Jira
- Repeat these steps for any additional action items you want to send to Jira
