Retrium’s Jira integration allows you to send action items from your Retrium Team Room to your Jira project.

How to connect your Jira account
💡 If no Jira account is connected and you attempt to send an action item to Jira for the first time, you will be prompted to connect an account.

Navigate to your User Settings page by clicking your avatar in the top right corner of Retrium, then selecting User Settings

Scroll to the Integrations section (or select Integrations from the left menu)

Click Connect to Jira Cloud
- Follow the prompts to connect Retrium with your Atlassian account
How to send action items to Jira
💡 You can also send action items to Jira from an active retrospective during the Discuss and Wrap Up phases.
- Navigate to your Team Room Home tab
- From the action item you would like to send to Jira, click the actions icon (
)
- Select Send to Jira
- Select the Jira Project and Issue type for the action item
- Repeat these steps for any additional action items you want to send to Jira
⚠️ An action item must have a title to be sent to Jira. Only the action item title is sent to Jira; all other fields are cleared.
Once sent to Jira, each action item will have a link to the new issue in the Jira project you selected. The issue will also have a link back to Retrium for easy cross-reference.

Why are certain Jira issue types grayed out?
Retrium doesn't support issue types with custom required fields. Please select a different action type
