How to set a primary contact for your organization

Your primary contact will receive important subscription updates and more. Learn how to set or change your organization's primary contact.

💡 Only Org Admins who have verified their email address can be selected as primary contact.

How to set or update your primary contact

Follow these steps to update the primary contact for your organization:

  1. Navigate to the Administration tab for your organization
  2. Scroll to the Account Contacts section (or select it from the left menu)
  3. Choose the Org Admin you want to set as primary contact, then click Save
