      How to turn action item reminder emails on or off

      Learn how to change your preferences for email notifications from Retrium.

      💡 Action item reminder emails arrive at the beginning of each week so you can stay up-to-date on your outstanding action items.

      Follow these steps to turn action item reminder emails on or off:

      1. Click your avatar in the top-right corner of Retrium (or click here to take you directly to your settings)
      2. Click User settings from the dropdown
      3. Choose Email from the left-hand side of the page (or scroll down to the Email Preferences section)
      4. To the right of Action item reminders, click the switch to turn reminders on or off
      5. You will start receiving emails the following Monday morning after enabling reminders
