If someone else in your company has an account with Retrium, they can invite others to join them in their Team Room(s) by sending an email invitation or sharing a link.

What you need to know before getting started

There are two types of team rooms: public Team Rooms and private Team Rooms

Guests cannot enter private Team Rooms. If you try to join a private Team Room as a Guest, you will be asked to log in or sign up.
Join Retrium from an email invitation

When you receive the email invitation to join the Organization, click the link to accept the invite and verify your account.

Sign up or login to join and access the organization.

Once this is complete, you can request to join Team Rooms, invite others to your company’s Organization, or participate in a retrospective.
Join Retrium from a link
❗️If you're joining a private Team Room and you're not yet part of the organization, you won't be able to join via link. Please have someone from the Team Room invite you via email instead.
Upon clicking the link, participants can continue to log in or sign up. If you've been given a link to a public team room you can choose to continue as a guest.

Enter your email address and password.

Enter the Team Room and request access.

Once a member of the team room approves your request, you’ll be able to view the Team Room and participate in retrospectives.
Sign Up

Enter your email address, then continue to sign-up. Enter your password and your first and last name.

Check your email for the account verification link.

Click the link from your email to verify your identity.

Enter the Team Room and request access.

Once a member of the team room approves your request, you’ll be able to view the Team Room and participate in retrospectives.
Joining a Team Room as a Guest
💡 Guest users can only access public Team Rooms.
- If you have been invited to a public Team Room as a guest, click to Continue as Guest.
- Provide your name so your team can identify you.
- You’ll now be able to view the Team Room and participate in retrospectives.
