      How to purchase a Team Edition subscription from a free trial

      When you're ready to upgrade to a paid version of Retrium, here's how you can purchase a Team Edition subscription from within the application.

      Upgrade from free trial to Team Edition

      1. Select the organization you'd like to upgrade from app.retrium.com

      2. Click Upgrade now in the top right corner of Retrium (or Purchase Now from the Team Rooms tab)

      3. Click Buy Team (or select another plan if interested)

      4. Select Monthly or Annually

      5. Click Add a Payment Method

      6. Fill out your billing information and click Save, then click Continue

      7. You'll be returned to the checkout screen to review your selection

      8. Click Checkout. Your credit card will be charged at this time.

      9. Congratulations, your subscription is now active! 🎉

      After your subscription is purchased, you will be immediately charged a prorated amount each time an Org Admin or Org Manager creates a Team Room. If you delete a Team Room and have paid Team Rooms available, you will not be charged to create another Team Room. See this example for more details.
