What is Annual Prepayment?
Retrium is now giving our Team Edition customers the option to prepay for their team rooms twelve (12) months at a time, so you only have to deal with one invoice!
How does Annual Prepayment work in Retrium?
After completing the Annual Prepayment request form at the bottom of this page, Retrium will generate an invoice and charge the card on file. Once payment is completed, the balance will be added to your account. Retrium will deduct from your account balance each month until no balance remains. Once your account balance hits $0, your card will be charged every month.
You can view the balance in the administration tab of your organization under Billing History.
⚠️ Activating more team rooms will use the balance in less than 12 months, resulting in overage charges.
If you cancel your Retrium subscription after you pay this invoice, your payment is non-refundable, and your service will continue until your balance is $0.
