What you need to know before getting started
There are three visibility settings for Team Rooms: public, private and org-wide (learn more).
Guests cannot enter private Team Rooms. If you try to join a private Team Room as a Guest, you will be asked to log in or sign up.
Join Retrium from an email invitation
When you receive the email invitation to join the organization, click the link to accept the invite and verify your account.
Sign up or log in to join and access the organization
Once this is complete, you can request to join Team Rooms, invite others to your company’s organization, or participate in a retrospective
Join Retrium from a link
If you're joining a private Team Room and you're not yet part of the organization, you won't be able to join via link. Please have someone from the Team Room invite you via email instead.
Upon clicking the link, you can continue to log in or sign up. If you've been given a link to a public Team Room, you can choose to continue as a guest.
Enter your email address and password
Enter the Team Room and request access
Once a member of the team room approves your request, you’ll be able to view the Team Room and participate in retrospectives
Enter your email address, then follow the prompts to continue signing up

Joining a Team Room as a Guest
Guest users can only access public Team Rooms. We recommend creating an account so you can access all features, including weekly action item reminder emails!
- If you have been invited to a public Team Room and you'd like to proceed as a guest user, click Continue as a guest
- Provide your name so your team can identify you
- You’ll now be able to view the Team Room and participate in retrospectives
