How do I modify my subscription or delete my data?

As your team grows, you may want to upgrade your Retrium subscription. We also understand that you may need to cancel your subscription. Read on to find out how to modify your Retrium subscription!

💡 If you're on Business or Enterprise Edition, contact your Account Manager to discuss cancelation, add-on requests, or other modifications to your subscription.

To upgrade your subscription

  1. Log into Retrium and navigate to your organization's Administration tab
  2. Under Subscription, click Upgrade
  3. Choose the plan you'd like to upgrade to
    • Business Edition: Our team will process your upgrade request within 1 business day
    • Enterprise Edition: Our sales team will be in touch within 1 business day

To cancel your subscription

  1. Log into Retrium and navigate to your organization's Administration tab
  2. Under Subscription, click Cancel subscription and follow the prompts
  3. Once your subscription has been successfully canceled, you will receive a confirmation email, and the Administration tab will display the date your subscription will expire
  4. You can resume or reactivate a subscription at any time

Delete user or organization data

If you need to delete your organization and/or user account, fill out this form. Please note that anyone can request to delete their user data, but only Org Admins can request to delete an organization.
