      Signing up for Retrium? Start Here!

      Signing up for a free trial of Retrium is a great way to test out the tool with your team and it's the first step in buying a Team Edition subscription

      When you first use Retrium, there are a few options to get started with a free trial.

       

      Creating a 30-day trial account from our website

      1. Go to app.retrium.com/welcome. 

      2. Enter your email address, then continue to sign-up.  Enter your password and your first and last name. 

      3. Check your email for the account verification link and click the link to verify your identity.

      4. Enter the name of your organization and the name of your first team room.

      5. Invite your team (up to 50 people) to join you in the Team Room by sending a link to the team room, or inviting participants by email.   

      💡Your first team room will be set up as a Public Team Room. You can change the Team Room to Private in the Settings tab on your Team Room page

      📌 If you don't receive a verification email, please check that you have entered your email correctly. If it is entered correctly, please check your spam folder and contact your IT department to ensure retrium.com emails are whitelisted within your company. You can then request another link in the app or contact support@retrium.com for additional assistance 

       

      Creating a 30-day free trial from an existing Retrium account1

      💡If this button is unavailable, it means you have already used your one free trial account or your company does not allow you to create a free trial because they have already purchased a Retrium Enterprise Edition.

      If you joined an existing Retrium account, you have the option to start a separate free trial for another company, a side project, or any other type of group. 

      1. Click your avatar at the top right, then select User Settings
      2. Click Account from the left-side menu or scroll to the Account section
      3. Click Create a new free trial and follow the prompts to set up your new organization
      4. Invite your team to join you in your Team Room (inviting via email to the Team Room also invites them to your organization as a whole)

      💡Your first team room will be set up as a Public Team Room. You can change the Team Room to org-wide or private in the Team Room Settings tab.
